Hawaii seen from a totally new perspective and Speed flying captured all on GoPro.

Speed flying is not just a sport – It is the act of accelerated riding in air.  Definitely a vertigo inducing activity even for the bravest.  Unsure about trying it for the first time?  Think of being sustained in air hundreds of feet above ground only with small fabric wings.

Professional flyer, Gage Galle, loves to Speed fly. Captured by GoPro on the day of the event, he decided to try something extremely daring. Gage ran off a mountain in Hawaii to attempt to fly through a 50 foot gap between some buildings down below.

According to Gage, he clocked his speed through the building at 96 to 112 km/hour. The technical maneuver required a hard left turn and perfectly timed parachute deploy.  This resulted in making a 360-degree turn before leveling-off to point in the direction of the gap.
