Coach Jon Gruden helps a Florida high school football team prepare for their upcoming season.

For those unfamiliar with Coach Jon Gruden, he is a former NFL head coach and current NFL analyst for ESPN. He was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winning Super Bowl XXXVII in his first year with the Buccaneers.

Gruden founded the football think-tank, FFCA in 2008.  The organization focuses on former coaches and players to study various phases of the game of football. The FFCA has become a highly regarded forum for many of the game’s greatest innovators and talent, who strive to improve their knowledge base in order to reach championship levels of performance.

The FFCA is dedicated to giving back to the game of football, with a specific emphasis on high school athletic programs. Football plays an important role in youth development, and provides many opportunities for future success. The FFCA strives to assist and honor student-athletes, parents, coaches and administrators, who put in the time and effort to enhance their lives through football. The FFCA seeks to accomplish this mission through advocacy, education, fundraising and philanthropy.
